Sueh Li is a graphic and type designer from Penang, Malaysia. She has previously worked as a graphic designer in Amsterdam, The Hague and London before returning to Malaysia. She holds a Masters in type design from the Type and Media Master program at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague in 2009.

In 2012, she co-founded Typokaki with Hui Chia Yin to explore type design and typography in relation to Malaysia cultures through workshops, events and research. The collective also includes a research associate, Tan Zi Hao, who writes on visual culture and politics. Please feel free to email regarding any collaborations or projects.
